Engendering Entrepreneurs in Nagaland
Neichute Doulo recognises that economic security is critical for securing the human rights of any community, and founded Entreprenuers Associates (EA) to "kick-start a process of social change through entrepreneurship." EA is training a new generation of young business entrepreneurs in Nagaland. The organization's approach to entrepreneurship development emphasizes a complete change in attitude towards work, striking out in new entrepreneurial directions, and forging a path to income generation and self reliance. This shift in mentality is paving the way to instilling self worth and identity among young people who otherwise find themselves drawn into violent conflicts in the state.
