The Adventurers Strategy The Adventurers has built a massive volunteer base of more than 35,000 volunteers by transforming clients into collaborators. Volunteers are able to fill needs ranging from organizing trips to designing buildings. Results Proceeds from Adventure Trips cross-subsidize programs for the less privileged. Costs remain low, as programs benefit from the expertise of the huge volunteer base. |
